If you remember correctly, just one week earlier, the luxury German automaker, Mercedes-Benz previewed what would eventually be the company’s GLE63 AMG S Coupe vehicle model. Now, the car has been completely unveiled. It will reportedly try to beat such a competition as the BMW X6 M. With that being said, looking attractive on the exterior is something that the German company cannot compromise for its vehicle.
The car looks attractive with modern day design LED headlamps, a pair of largely sized air intakes, gloss black flics and a single bar front grille on its front end. Stepping further to the sides and rear fascia of the vehicle, we can see a quad exhaust system and lightweight 22-inch bespoke alloy wheels finished in titanium gray.
The interior may not look too much different than that of the regular variant of the model. Nonetheless, it comes with a flat steering wheel, heated front seats, piano or carbon fiber black trim, an audio system from Harman Kardon, AMG floor mats, stainless steel pedals, sport seats wrapped in the Nappa leather material, leather dashboard and a newly designed instrument panel that features faux carbon fiber dials.
In terms of performance, the Mercedes-Benz GLE63 S AMG Coupe also comes with a 5.5L V8 engine with twin turbochargers. The engine is capable of 577 bhp of power and 760 Nm of torque. Customers will also get Mercedes’ 4MATIC AWD drivetrain and AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC gearbox. The car will not need more than 4.2 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h.
Other elements to expect from the vehicle incorporate the German company’s so-called Sports Direct-Steer power steering system, Active Curve System and Ride Control sport suspensions from AMG. To decelerate, the vehicle is equipped with perforated and ventilated disc brakes for its front and rear wheels.
