Dacia Officially Unveils the Laureate Prime Special Edition

For those who wonder, the automaker Dacia is about to celebrate its 10th anniversary of resurrection. As such, the company in question has decided to launch a special edition package it calls the Laureate Prime. This special edition package will reportedly be available for certain vehicle models the company produces and these models are the Logan MCV, Duster and Sandero.

According to reports, this special edition package will be shown off during this year’s upcoming Geneva Motor Show event. According to Dacia, thanks to the application of the special edition package, its aforementioned vehicle models will remain ‘simple at heart’ while at the same time being well equipped.

It is also known that all the three aforementioned Dacia vehicle models that are going to receive the special edition package will be coming with the Cosmos Blue paint hue. This, as pointed out by the automaker in question, is because the Dacia brand is identical to the blue color. In addition to that blue paint, the special edition vehicles will also be treated with Dark Metal side mirror housings and bespoke alloy wheels.

As for the interior, the cars are going to benefit from blue-edged floor mats and 2-tone upholstery. Other notable components include a climate control system, cruise control, leather steering wheel and the company’s newly developed MEDIA NAV Evolution infotainment system with GPS and a 7-inch touchscreen display. Speaking of this particular infotainment system, Dacia claims that it will support smartphone connectivity, social networks and also traffic information from TMC. Additionally, owners of the vehicle will also be able to access the voice recognition function of the SIRI from Apple, only by using the controls mounted on the steering wheel of either of the aforementioned vehicle lineups. All these features will reportedly come as a standard for the UK version of the vehicles.
