Female driver taken to hospital after car flips in Dundee road

Greendykes Road is presently closed to cars following a 2 vehicle accident, which took place around midday. The road is a part of a busy Dundee road.

The female motorist of a blue Volkswagen Polo was removed from her car before being transferred to hospital with a sore neck.

A recovery vehicle later on went and removed both cars associated with the accident.

Both the Scottish Ambulance Service and Authorities Scotland participated in the incident.

An authorities spokesperson confirmed: “The female passenger was removed from her automobile, conscious and saying she had an aching neck.

“The passenger was taken on to hospital

“We’re presently awaiting a healing car to attend and remove both cars.”
