Ferrari 458 Speciale has become an instant hit since it has been launched and we have even come to know that the entire first year’s worth of production has reportedly been sold out.
Described as a focused sports car that offers extreme driving emotions, the 458 Speciale can be considered as the spiritual successor of the Challenge Stradale and 430 Scuderia. As a result, it comes equipped with an upgraded 4.5-liter V8 engine that generates an output of 605 HP (445 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque which is an increase of minor 35 HP (25 kW). The engine is further mated to an improved dual-clutch transmission that enables the car to achieve the 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) sprint in just three seconds.
Besides the upgrade in the performance, the 458 Speciale also comes with an aerodynamic body kit, Brembo brakes and an exclusive Side Slip Angle Control system that allows for smooth, controllable power oversteer.
Well the customer who would have thought of buying Ferrari 458 Speciale this Christmas may not like it and so will have to think of some other option but we can say that it will not be easy to find a substitute for this super car.
