Honda Confirms New Pilot and Ridgeline for 2016

The Japanese automaker, Honda, has officially confirmed its plan of introducing a completely new, redesigned Pilot not later than this summer itself. Well, the company is somehow keeping its lips tightly sealed as to any further details. Yet, the company confirms that the new Honda Pilot will prove to be quite an ideal car for taking 8 people altogether on a single journey. Wow, that’s a lot of people to fit in a car, isn’t it?

If you remember correctly, there have also been some spy photos depicting the car undergoing tests. Judging by the spy photos captured, it is more than likely that the Pilot will be a crossover that will come with an evolutionary design in terms of its front fascia. Speaking of the front fascia of the vehicle, it will have a pair of headlamps infused with LEDs and a newly designed front grille. And, although it is not official just yet, rumor has it the car will have a 3.5L V6 engine under its hood. It is believed that the engine will give the car a total power output of 310 bhp.

In addition to the announcement of the Honda Pilot, the Japanese automaker has also decided to make an official confirmation regarding the imminent arrival of the Honda Ridgeline. This is a pick-up truck from Honda and, based on a teaser image that the company released not so long ago, the Japanese truck will feature a design that is rather conventional yet with a rounded front fascia. In addition to that, the Japanese truck will most likely come with a windscreen that is raked quite steeply.

Speaking of the Honda Ridgeline, the Japanese company claims that the car will most likely make its world debut sometime in the oncoming 2016.

Cant wait to see it. Honda needs to get fuel mileage up other competitors such as Ram and Ford 1/2 tons. More driver seat room and no hard plastics please. Other than that it will be a winner.
