Honda‘s Perfomance arm, Mugen, has announced that they are launching their CR-Z Mugen RZ based on the 2013 Honda CR-Z, this car will be produced in a very limited number, that is they will stick to 300 units of these, and this car will be exclusively offered for Japanese Market while, each of them will be priced from 4,494,000 yen, which includes the 5 percent consumption tax.
This car takes much of its styling cues from the Honda CR-Z, now the Mugen RZ which has an aerodynamic body, comes with a front bumper added with lip spolier and large vents on the corner, a revised grille and an modified side skirts, adding to the list of upgradations we see that there is rear diffuser, an adjustable wing, and a sports exhaust system, highlights include, an adjustable suspension, high performance brakes with 17inch wheels which are covered in 205/45 R17 Dunlop Direzza Z ll tires, and finishing done in dark matte grey.
The power given to this whole units is from, a supercharged 1.5 liter engine that produces a total output of 156 horsepower (115 kW) and it has a peak torque of 185 Nm (136 lb-ft). This is whole structure is backed up by an IMA( Integrated Motor Assist) hybrid system which provides an extra 20 HP (15 kW) and 78 Nm of torque (58 lb-ft).
Inside the car, Mugen CR-Z, the cabin of the model gets two-tone seats, a boost meter, carbon fiber gear knob and an individually numbered plaque on the dashboard and an extra instrument gauge positioned above the center console.
