Hyundai has released a sketchy image of 2014 Equus ahead of its New York Auto Show scheduled to take place at the end of this month.

Last year the South Korean version of the Equus was made public and this year they are ready with the U.S.-spec model. Hyundai opines that it has been increased to a great extent having atleast 30 new features.

The inside part of the cabin has lot of materials of higher quality, while several improvements to the handling side have been done. Fresh safety measures and a twisted driver information display are also on the list.

The Upgraded South Korean Equus has received updated headlights, alloys and a new appearance for the front grille, while the back has less chrome trim and revised LED taillights. In the interior side it comes with blind spot detection system, double-stitched leather seats, more wood trim, head-up display, and a slightly modified steering wheel. Power gets boost from a GDi V6 3.8-liter with 334 HP (246 kW) or a V8 5.0-liter producing 416 HP (306 kW).

So finally it will be unveiled at the New York Auto Show. Have a look at picture gallery, although they are from 2010.
