Jet Black Jaguar XJ220 Headed for Historics at Brooklands Auctions

One of the best models ever made by Jaguar, XJ220, will be auctioned in the upcoming classic and collector car auction to be held at Brooklands Museum, Weybridge, United Kingdom on March 9, 2013.

Jaguar XJ220 with twin turbo V6 engine with output generation capacity of 542 hp and highest speed of 213 mph is one of the fastest Jaguar cars ever manufactured by the company. It was also the quickest production car of the world for two years when 281 such cars were produced within that span. The two-seater car was introduced in 1992 and was with an expensive price tag of £ 470,000.

The 1994 model to be auctioned has a left hand drive and is black in color. The auction price is attractive and would be anywhere between £ 115,000 and £ 130,000.

The model will be sold with complete details and history file of the car including the original release note received from Jaguar factory, car manuals, handbooks, etc.
