Here’s another tuner from Germany who thinks the beautiful SLS AMG needs some customizing. Kircherer calls it their version of the legendary Pan-Am car, just like the SLS Panamericana by Gullwing America.
Looking at the SLS 63 CP it seems that Kicherer has no idea what the original Pan-am cars looked like, unlike the guys at Gullwing America.
Kicherer modifications to the SLS AMG start with a new front spoiler lip, a roof-mounted air intake, new rear diffusor, larger air intakes and new large handcrafted frontgrill made of stainless steel(can be ordered also in gold tone). All parts except the grill are made of carbon fiber.
Looking at the new grill it seems that the inspiration for the SLS 63 CP came from Aston Martin One-77 not Pan-Am cars, which is not a bad thing as the front surely has a unique look now.
Other upgrades are new 3 part 20-inch RS-1 wheels, stainless steel exhaust with four oval end pipes and integrated valve control which allows to adjust the exhaust sound. Kicherer also offers engine tuning to 575 horsepower.
