The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 has been wandering some of the streets in the world for quite a long time now. Taking that into consideration, it is time the Italian automaker, Lamborghini, rolls out the SuperVeloce (SV) variant of the model. Well, it seems like this is just what the company is trying to do at the moment. Some people have managed to snap a photo of what may well be the Lamborghini Aventador SV. The car was caught on camera while running through factory test phases in its home country, Italy. Snapped for the very first time ever, the car has its body entirely wrapped in a black paint job.
Unlike the standard Aventador, this one sports quad exhaust tailpipe configuration instead of a large exhaust opening at the central bottom part of its rear fascia. However, it seems that there are still some works left to do as the exhaust pipes do not look quite finished just yet. In addition to that, this supposedly Aventador SV also comes with an aggressively looking rear diffuser, additional air vents under its taillights for the sake of better cooling and also newly designed bumpers.
Since this is a Lamborghini vehicle with the SV emblem on it, there is nothing wrong with expecting rapid decrease in weight as well as rapid increase in power. In comparison, the standard Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 features a 6.5L V12 engine, naturally aspirated, capable of delivering a peak power output of 700 hp. By the way, there is also a special edition variant available for the model, the Lamborghini Aventador LP720-4 50 Anniversario edition.
The latter delivers 720 hp of power in total.
So, taking everything into account, the upcoming SuperVeloce variant should be coming with even more power under the hood. Well, there is no exact launch date for the model as of yet, but this SuperVeloce raging bull is likely to make its debut either in the 2015 Geneva Motor Show or the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
