European car sales increased 5.6 percent in November, as per market data released on Thursday, with France’s Renault leading the gains amongst significant automakers.
Registrations increased to 1.189 million cars last month from 1.126 million a year previously, the Brussels-based Association of European Carmakers stated. With December still to come, sales throughout the European Union and EFTA nations are increased by 7.1 percent for the year up until now.
Renault, buoyed by a run of brand-new cars such as the Kadjar SUV, published a 16.5 percent boost in sales to 126,143 cars.
