Lincoln has recently introduced the MKZ and MKC Black Label concepts, just ahead of their debut at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
Designed with the intention to preview a higher level expression of Lincoln design, the concepts are nicely equipped with elegant cabins that feature high quality materials and a unique design theme. For instance, the Center Stage theme has drawn inspiration from fashion and theater by combining Jet Black leather with Alcantara suede accents and a Foxfire Red headliner.
The chocolate-inspired Indulgence theme boasts a timeless appearance which is mainly due to premium Venetian leather and Ziricote wood trim that is usually meant for the high-end yachts. Also the Modern theme has a black and white leather and engineered wood trim with embedded metal flakes that create a nice sparkling effect.
The Black Label trim will eventually be offered on all Lincoln models and the company has also promised to work with dealers to deliver a consistent, personal and integrated client shopping and ownership experience to all the car owners.
The company however declined to provide further details about the model but did say that the Black Label experts will guide buyers through the ordering process when the collection is launched late next year in 2014.
