A person demanded his unfaithful spouse sell her EUR50,000 ($55,417) automobile and drive a 1995 Opel instead as one of his conditions for returning into the family home, a court heard on Monday.
At a household law court in Munster, Ireland, the lady stated her husband moved out after he found out she had had an eight-week affair with a local family man.
The lady said her other half made 3 needs for him to go back to the family home: that she see a psychiatrist; that she offer him EUR65,000 ($72,018) of her redundancy cash; and that she sells her pricey automobile and drive a 1995 Opel Corsa instead.
“They were the 3 conditions that I had to concur to, but I didn’t consent to them. I did provide him EUR20,000 ($22,159) in cash,” the woman stated during her not successful application for a safety order against her former spouse.
