If you remember correctly, one week earlier, an automaker from Japan, Mazda, introduced the 2016 model year MX-5 Miata Club model. Now, the company has officially presented the vehicle in question in the 2015 New York Auto Show event.
This fourth generation of the Japanese company’s MX-5 vehicle lineups is bound to come with a number of high performance components. To begin with, the open top roadster will be bringing an air dam on the front and lip spoilers on the rear ends. The car will also benefit from Bilstein shocks and shock tower brace, a limited slip differential system and even gunmetal alloy wheels that measure 17 inches in diagonal.
Yet, if those are not enough to attract people to spend their money on the car, Mazda has also prepared an optional kit for the new MX-5. This kit will provide buyers of the vehicle with such elements as the rear bumper skirt that looks similar to that seen on the company’s Global Cup edition of the MX-5, which is basically a racecar, aerodynamically designed side sill extensions, forged lightweight BBS wheels measuring 17 inches diagonally and also Brembo brakes for the front tires of the vehicle.
Stepping into the cabin of this new Mazda MX-5 Miata Club edition that is currently being exhibited on one of the stages in this year’s New York Auto Show event, customers will be able to notice the presence of a number of luxury amenities. These amenities include SiriusXM and HD satellite radio, a multi-function commander control, a premium audio system from Bose that features 9 speakers, including headrest speakers, USB connection and also an integrated 7-inch touchscreen display. The car also has its side mirrors covered in the piano black trim.
