McLaren is in the process of wrapping up the development of the P1 supercar and giving it final touches. The deliveries of McLaren P1 are expected to happen later in this year.

The company has released a new video that shows the car is undergoing cold weather testing in the Arctic Circle. The company also confirmed that it was just one of several prototypes that were being tested, across the globe, to ensure everything is perfect before the model is launched and delivered.

As reported previously, the McLaren P1 features a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine and an electronic motor that is able to develop 179 HP (132 kW) and 192 lb-ft (260 Nm) of torque. This setup enables the car to achieve a combined maximum output of 916 HP (674 kW) and 663 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque. The car can accelerate to 0-100 kmph in less than even three seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 350 kmph (217 mph).

Production of McLaren P1 will be limited to just 375 units and the pricing starts at £ 866,000 (approx. $1,340,740 / €1,025,545).
