Dubai is known as the living place of some of the world’s wealthiest people and it seems this is not exaggerating, after all. Introduced only recently, the S63 AMG Coupe from the luxury German automaker, Mercedes-Benz, has now gone on sale in Dubai already. Just for information, the shipping for the model in question has actually only just started. Yet, somehow, a luxury car dealership in Dubai has managed to get a shiny example of it and has even put it on sale as well.
The Dubai dealership in question is called the Al Ain Class Motors. In its showroom, the dealership is currently offering customers with a Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe example in its gloss black color, which makes the car look pretty stunning when it is clean and shiny. In addition to its black color domination, the model in question also sports chrome front grille, silver side skirts and chrome accents on several parts of the car, such as, along its front bumper, rear bumper, exhaust pipes, window surrounds and also along its rear end bootlid.
The new generation S63 AMG Coupe from Mercedes is meant to take the place of the previously released CL63 AMG. Under the hood, the car is a beast, packing a 5.5L V8 engine with twin turbochargers that is capable of spitting out 577 hp of power output in total and 664 lb-ft of torque. It all comes at the engine revolution of only 2,240 rpm.
The car is available in two drivetrain options, rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD). However, that only applies in the European continent. As for those living in the states, they will have to settle for the 4Matic AWD drivetrain.
The car is actually pretty heavy, weighing in at 1,995 kg. Yet, despite its weight, its manufacturer claims that the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe can hit the 60 mph mark from 0 in just 3.9 seconds for the AWD variant. For the RWD variant, however, the car needs at least 4.3 seconds. Regardless of the variant, the model’s top speed is electrically limited to 300 km/h.
