Mercedes-Benz SLR gets wrapped by CUT48

The Mercedes-Benz SLR is a lucky customer to get its car a full foil wrap from CUT48 and a power boost from Edo Competition.

With proven expertise in providing foil wraps, CUT48 opines that this blue and black gloss cover for the SLR is available for a steep 4,350 EUR (approximately 5,800 USD), and is not a big deal for those who can afford.

Apart from the revised look, the hand-built AMG V8 engine has received a power increase from the usual 626 HP (460 kW) to 722 HP (531 kW).
The torque figure has also gone up from 580 lb-ft (780 Nm) to 656 lb-ft (890 Nm). This was made easy by remapping the ECU, compressor tweaks, installing a new exhaust manifold and customizing the intake system.

Eventually, the supercar would be able to target 200 km/h (124 mph) in less than 10 seconds and it will keep on going until it reaches a top speed of 345 km/h (214 mph).

There isn’t any news on car features, performance and specifications, so we have to wait and watch the developments taking place.
