Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG will be in the next Gran Turismo

If you are into racing supercars on your playstation we have some interesting news. Daimler has announced that the 563 horsepower SLS AMG will be in the upcoming Gran Turismo sequel.

Gran Turismo 5 will be the first game in the franchise’s history to include visual damage modelling.

Also it will have an online mode with 16 player capability. Rumor is that dynamic weather changes and night racing will be in the latest version as well. For the first time Gran Turismo will feature WRC and NASCAR.

Gran Turismo 5 will feature over 950 cars and 20 different locations. Most popular is probably the Top Gear test track. Gran Turismo 5 will be released in Japan in March 2010.
