The Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG Coupe has officially landed on Geneva. It is now standing proudly on the stage of the 2015 Geneva Motor Show event so that every visitor to the event can witness the car first hand.
At this year’s aforementioned auto expo, the vehicle from the luxury German automotive marquee sports a body kit that gives it an aggressive look on the exterior. The car can also be seen sitting firmly on a set of 21-inch bespoke alloy wheels. Needless to say, those are some massive wheels out there. In addition to the massive alloy wheels, the car also features Mercedes’ AIRMATIC air suspension. Yet, the tweaks are not just on the exterior but the interior has also been treated with a number of tweaks as well.
Stepping their feet into the cabin of the vehicle, customers will find such elements as piano black accents combined with a carbon fiber trim, a sporty steering wheel wrapped in the Nappa leather material and also a slightly enhanced instrument panel. This instrument panel can give the driver information regarding the lateral and longitudinal acceleration of the luxury German crossover.
The German automotive brand has slotted the Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG Coupe under the Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 Coupe, with the latter sitting at the top of the vehicle model range. Under the hood, the Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AMG Coupe packs a 3.0L V6 engine. This engine is well capable of bursting out 367 hp of total power output as well as 520 Nm of total torque. Owners of the vehicle are also going to benefit from a rear-biased AWD drivetrain as well as a 9-speed automatic gearbox. Unfortunately, there is no information just yet when it comes to the time window required by the German crossover to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h.
