Next-Gen Porsche Panamera Spied

by SpeedLux

A set of next-gen Porsche Panamera prototypes with very little camouflage have been identified ahead of the design’s main reveal. The remaining camo is stated to be some relatively persuading exterior lighting decals.

While the general profile isn’t substantially different from the current design, the brand-new automobile will ride on the automaker’s all-new modular MSB chassis, which will be shown the next-gen Bentley Continental and Flying Spur. The modular architecture blends high-strength steel, aluminum, and composite materials and is stated to be up to 200 pounds lighter than that of the existing vehicle and should add to even sportier handling.

The designing is greatly affected by the 2012 Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo idea minus the shooting brake rear roofline. It appears, however, that the back will be less bulbous than the present design and more structured. Below those phony taillight decals could be lamps inspired by those of the present 991-generation 911, which are large and slim.

Anticipate the new Panamera to be powered by a version of the current automobile’s 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6, a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8, and at least one hybrid alternative including a plug-in hybrid variation.

The revamped 2017 Porsche Panamera Sedan will likely debut at the upcoming 2016 Paris automobile event in October.
