Nissan Juke SUV’s output (188 hp) is enough for some of you, but the car maker wants more for its customers and, according to Jalopnik, Nissan Europe’s working on a top secret project to give this model a massive power boost and now we can show you not only the first details but also a sketch of the super-crossover.
According to the same report, this special super-powered Juke (dubbed internally as the “Super” Juke) will get a stripped-out lightweight interior and a 480 BHP power plant expected to give it a 0-to-60 time of less than four seconds. Considering the numbers, they’ll be using the same dual-turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 found in the Nissan GT-R, but this remains to be seen.
In addition to this massive power boost, the Japanese car maker decided that its Juke should receive enlarged wheel arches and front splitter. Beside this, as you can see in the picture above the new model comes with something what looks like a double rear wing, split each side of the central rear brake light.
With all these details published, expect to officially see the “Super” Juke sometime before the end of the year, so stay tuned for new details and photos.
