Authorities shot and killed a guy in south Los Angeles at the end of a vehicle chase on Saturday.
Officers attempted to pull over a car with paper plates, thinking the automobile might have been stolen, about 1 p.m., authorities stated.
When the motorist chose not to stop, police began a pursuit, Sgt. Barry Montgomery stated.
He stated the passenger left the vehicle eventually and ran into the back of a home, where he was shot. The motorist fled the scene and remained on the loose.
