Prior Design freshens up the first-gen Mercedes-Benz CLS

by SpeedLux

Prior Design has recently come up with a wide aerodynamic body kit based on the first generation Mercedes-Benz CLS (W219).

Last year Prior Design’s had created a package for the current-gen CLS-Class and now they have decided to freshen up its predecessor. Like all of their body kits, this one is also made from dura-flex fiber reinforced plastic and is compatible with all W219 CLS models. The package includes different front and rear bumpers, updated side skirts and a hood add-on.

In addition to the above, the kit comes along with front fenders and rear widenings, while the necessary mounting material is included in the package. The price of the kit is 5,990 EUR but it does not take into consideration the additional costs that would be required to be incurred if you decide to go for painting and installing the aftermarket parts.

This particular CLS – described by Prior Design as a “brown grizzly” – was created in jointly with M&D exclusive cardesign and rides on bespoke Rennen Forged wheels and has also been fitted with a custom valve-controlled stainless steel exhaust system.
