In the latest news, we today discuss about the China Based automaker, Qoros working on a cool crossover model, and preparing their first production car for debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, and for that we have the first official pictures of the Qoros sedan, which is known as GQ3, designed and built with European standards in mind.
The design team consists of experienced designers and young talented workers, who have been working tremendously out of offices in Munich and Shanghai, under the supervision of the Executive Director of Design, Gert Volker Hildebrand. The Designers term this sedan as a sporty one, as well as it is also an elegant family sedan with a coupe like look, featuring long wheelbase and short overhangs. The features include matte aluminum strip above each side sill and muscular arches to accommodate 19-inch wheels. Although after this you all would be expecting that this would do wonders in the European market, but critics strongly point out that this sedan may be very good in terms of design, but it wont do wonders for the European Market.
Inside the sedan, it would feature a spacious interior, along with a lot of features and equipment, it will also have an eight-inch touch-screen infotainment system, capacitive touchscreen in place of traditional buttons, ‘Cloud’ connectivity and in-car networking functions with intuitive finger ‘swipe’ movements, and much more. There aren’t details on the specifications of the Qoros, but it is said that the car will go on sale in China in the second half of 2013, with the first cars arriving in Europe later in the year.
Stay tuned in for more updates.
