Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II by Wald International Looks Smashing with the Special Black Bison Wide Body

Making a Rolls-Royce Cullinan look more dramatic is not exactly an easy assignment, but Wald International decided the standard recipe was not nearly enough. The Japanese tuner, which has a habit of branding many of its creations Black Bison, has now applied that treatment to the facelifted Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II. As expected, this one did not escape with just a subtle set of wheels.

The project is officially called the Sports Line Black Bison Edition, and the visual changes start with the body itself. The Cullinan receives wheel arch extensions that push it toward widebody territory right away. Around those, Wald adds fresh side skirt pieces, a reworked front spoiler with side blades, and a redesigned rear diffuser. That rear section is one of the more noticeable parts of the package, actually. It uses a multi-fin layout, integrates an extra brake light in the center, and leaves dedicated openings on both sides for the exhaust finishers.

Those exhaust trims are also part of the tuner’s signature work, just like the wheels. And the wheels are hard to ignore. They measure 24 inches across and wear a more intricate design than what you would expect from a factory Cullinan. Combined with the extended arches, they give the big SUV a heavier, lower, more customized stance. Lower is the keyword here, because this Rolls-Royce clearly sits much closer to the road than a regular example.

That brings both style and compromise. The altered ride height helps the Cullinan look far more aggressive than stock, but it also suggests that some of the usual comfort and day-to-day practicality may have been traded away. That is almost unavoidable with a build like this. Once you start chasing posture and presence, something else usually pays the bill.

Visually, the black-painted example shown by Wald leans hard into that idea. It looks long, planted, and a little more hostile than a vehicle carrying the Spirit of Ecstasy normally should. Then again, that is exactly the point of a Black Bison conversion. It is not meant to preserve factory restraint. It is meant to replace it.

Wald International displayed this particular Cullinan Series II at the Osaka Auto Messe 2026 in February, which is where the black SUV posed for the camera. Beyond the styling kit and stance changes, however, the company has not published the practical details buyers usually want first. No pricing has been listed, and there is no public timeline showing how long such a conversion takes from order to completion.

So yes, the Cullinan can be made louder without touching its badge. Wald proves that rather convincingly here. Whether that makes it better is another matter, but it certainly makes it harder to ignore.
