Rolls-Royce Wraith in New York Motor Show

Rolls-Royce Wraith which had debuted with 2013 Geneva Motor Show now debuted in America with 2013 New York Motor Show. The car is the fastest and most technically advanced car built by Rolls Royce till date.

The Rolls-Royce Wraith is built using traditional methods which means that the car has been built with steel monocoque body instead of a modern aluminum body. This will help the car to have same body panels and the chassis. Overall 6,364 individual spot-welds have been applied to Wraith with 900m laser welded seams.

The car features 6.6 liter twin-turbo V12 engine with direct petrol injection which has output generation capacity of 624 hp and 800Nm of torque. The car will be touch 62 mph in just 4.6 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph. The engine is connected to an eight speed, automatic ZF transmission to the rear wheels. This means that this is certainly the fastest Wraith model Rolls Royce ever produced.
