Scion has recently announced its plans to show various customized vehicles based on the FR-S, tC and xB at this year’s SEMA show that will be held in Las Vegas.
The lineup will comprise five builds tagged as Steve Aoki x Scion FR-S, Bulletproof FR-S Concept One, GReddy Performance x Scion Racing Drift FR-S, FR-S Style J and Strictly Business Cartel Scion xB. These vehicles feature a wide variety of goodies ranging from a fully operational mixing station and hand-made body to carbon fiber interiors and Wi-Fi hotspot. Other changes to the model include turbochargers, track-tuned suspension, a Pioneer sound system and a wireless keyboard.
There will also be three heavily modified tCs part of the Scion Tuner Challenge: Simpli-tC by Young Tea, WSD-tC by Josh Croll and L-DZ Concept by Walter Franco. The tC trio will be finally judged by a panel from the Super Street magazine and the winner will get a prize money of 10,000 USD prize which will be announced on 6th November.
We do not know as of now who will win the contest but we have to say that the models stand a good chance and it is going to give tough competition to other models in the contest.
