Two dead following single-vehicle crash in Allentown

Two people were killed who were killed in a single-vehicle crash in Allentown, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

The crash took place around 3:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard when the vehicle left the road and struck a concrete bridge support.

After this, the car ended up on its roof in the middle of the road.

The driver and a passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.

Lehigh County Coroner’s Office identified the driver as Quamal Grant, 25, of Allentown.

Amanda Bauer Ly, 22, of Souderton was the passenger.

Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

It is yet to be known what caused the crash.
