Two killed after two-vehicle crash in Lake County

A 4-year-old and 2-year-old were killed after a Kia sedan crashed into a pickup truck on SR-46 in Lake County, Florida.

A witness told officials that the sedan driver was passing other traffic in a no-passing lane before he crashed head-on with another driver going the other direction.

The 1-year-old in the Kia was flown to Arnold Palmer hospital with serious injuries.

The pickup truck was overturned and engulfed due to the impact of the crash.

The pickup and four passengers were able to leave the truck.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
