Use family car, only three people to a car, says UAE Ministry

Spread of coronavirus in UAE has led UAE ministry to issue some guidelines in order to deal with the pandemic.

In a joint statement late on Sunday, the Ministry of Interior and the National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority prompted UAE citizens, residents, visitors and and everybody else to comply with the instructions and guidelines issued by competent health and security officials in order to deal with the spread of the new coronavirus, COVID-19.

“The public are also urged to use their own family cars with a maximum of three individuals per vehicle,” the statement included.

Guidelines on using public transport and taxis will be issued later.

About 248 people in UAE have been confirmed as being infected with the coronavirus. The virus has killed 2 people in the country.
