Video: 2010 Aston Martin Rapide testing in various locations around the world

2010 Aston Martin RapideAston Martin Rapide made its public debut few weeks ago at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Rapide is marque’s first four-door sports car, built on the extended DB9 platform seating four people.

In addition to previous photos we can now show you the first official testing video.

This promo video takes us to different locations around the world from famous Nürburgring race track to scenic routes in UK and Italy.

Refresher: Rapide uses a revised version of the DB9’s 6.0-liter V12 engine mated to a six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Power output is 470 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) comes in 5.3 seconds and top speed is around 300 km/h (188 mph).

MOOOOOOOOOOOST FAV CAR of mine but having very low on BHP in comparzon to audi a8 or porsche GT which is the most audible competitors Aston guyz need to increase the bhp and the stability of the car one prob of db9 was that it is not having good grip

it looks good but performance wise Porsche Panamera, especially turbo is a different league.
