Nick Connorhe, the managing director in charge of the UK division of Volvo, mentions that the company previously had plans to take 3 to 5 percent take rate of its upcoming hybrid vehicle models. Yet, the sales results surpass that expected rate, achieving the figure of no less than 20 percent, claims Connorhe.

Now, if you are assuming that the hybrid variant of the Swedish company’s vehicle lineups in the future will be offered only for range topping models, you will be absolutely mistaken. The company is even intending to provide all its future vehicle lineups with a hybrid variant.
