Volvo releases a mysterious world premiere, could be the 2015 XC90

Volvo has very recently released a couple of new teaser videos that make the statement “Leave the World Behind.”

We are not sure about what it means or which model it really depicts but one of the teaser video shows a crossover model which could possibly be the 2015 XC90. As previously reported, the 2015 XC90 will become the company’s first production model to be built on the Scalable Product Architecture (SPA).

The model will also come equipped with Volvo Environmental Architecture (VEA) four-cylinder engines that promise to be lighter, more powerful and more fuel-efficient than the company’s current six-cylinder units.

The mysterious world premiere will happen on May 17 and apparently is coinciding with the launch of a short film that stars the Swedish House Mafia.
