Volkswagen Caddy Edition 30 to make UK entry

Volkswagen has made known its plans to offer a Caddy Edition 30 in the United Kingdom.

In roder to commemorate model’s 30th anniversary, the Edition 30 has a White body-color and a contrasting black roof.
There’s also fog lights and 17-inch ‘Budapest’ alloy wheels.

Interior changes are inadequate but the model comes properly equipped with air conditioning, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and Bluetooth connectivity.
One can also find an upgraded audio system and “Timo” or Alcantara / leather upholstery.

Power comes from a 2.0-liter TDI engine that develops 140 HP (103 kW). It allows the Caddy to sprint from 0-100 km/h in ten seconds and average 47.1 mpg UK (10.1 seconds and 44.8 mpg UK with the optional DSG transmission).

Production will be initially restricted to 117 units and price starts at £17,660.

We are not sure about the detailed specifications and performance issues for now but as soon as the vehicle makes a grand entry we can hold of the information then.
