2011 Infiniti M MSRP to start at $46,250

by Alex

Although sales of the Infiniti M will not begin until a couple more weeks, Nissan MOTOR Corp (Infiniti’s parent company) has gone ahead and announced the pricing details of the M37 and the V8 powered M56.

The standard M37 will have a base price of $43,250 which is an increase of $450 versus the outgoing model. This model comes with a 330-horspower packing 3.7-liter V6 engine which is increased 0.2 liters above the previous model. If you want an all-wheel drive version, starting price is kicked up a couple grand’s to $48,400.

If you’re interested in the top of the line M56 which packs a cool 420 horses and manages to pack in a 5.6-liter V8 engine that speaks nothing but awesome. There is an 8-inch touchscreen (VGA) for navigation and a 10-speaker Bose audio system with a 9.3-gig Music Box hard drive. You can also get streaming Bluetooth audio and heated and cooled seats. All this starts at $57,550 for the rear-wheel drive model and $60,050 for the M56x which comes with power to all four wheels.

So if the recession isn’t hitting you and you’re willing to spend more than $40,000 on a vehicle other than a BMW or Mercedes, by all means get ready to place your order.
