2011 Jaguar XKR-S is a mean blue cat steeped in history and performance

The 2011 Jaguar XKR-S model with its supercharged V8 engine that delivers more power and a new suspension system along with its aerodynamic designs was on display at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. The car represents the company’s ability to produce a car that has both performance as well as luxury. The engine fitted is capable of delivering 550 hp and 502 lb-ft or 680 Nm of torque.

With a top speed of 186 mph (300 kmph) the acceleration that the car has recorded is 4.2 seconds for the 0 to 62 mph sprint.

The XKR-S is one of Jaguar’s bold and exciting ventures as per their Global Brand director, Adrian Hallmark. The model would also however appeal to those who are looking for comfort, opulence and class, as well as the inspirational performance which is a fine mix of the best that car lovers the world over want.
