2011 Mercedes S500 from Inden Design

by Alex

A new uplift package has been launched for the Mercedes-Benz W221. This one comes from Inden Design – a Germany based tuning firm. The package includes upgrades to both the looks as well as the performance factors of the car. The style after the upgrade would make the car look close to the S65 AMG that had been showcased by Mercedes in 2009.

All the face lift features of the S56 AMG have been added into this package. These include the front bumper assembly with the LED daytime running lights, the rear diffuser, tail lamps, mirrors, side skirts and beefier wheel arches. For the body a matt gray wrap has been given and wheels of alloy with 20 inch size that are shod in 265/30 tires at the front and 275/30 at the back.

For interior upgrade the tuning firm has given the S500 a mix of Alcantara and black and white two tone leather. All decorative wood trims have been replaced in the package with black carbon fiber parts.

Coming to the performance upgrade factors and features, the package boosts the 5.0 liter V8 engine’s power to a respectable 420 hp. There is also a sports exhaust system that has been added and 6-piston front calipers and 4-piston brake calipers. These have been taken from the V12 fitted on the S600. There is also a lowering kit included in the package.
