A new truck series is launched by the Ram Truck brand which they have named the Ram Outdoorsman and includes a new package which they claim is specially designed for the people of North America who love to engage in outdoor activities.
Going by what the manufacturers claim this all new Ram Outdoorsman is the perfect vehicle for hunters, fishermen, campers and boaters and they have beautifully compiled all these factors in their model. This mighty vehicle will be seen in a range of models like 1500 (half-ton), 2500 HD (3/4-ton) and 3500 HD single rear wheel (1 ton). Model variation also exists with respect to cab design like there is the Regular Cab; Quad Cab, Crew Cab and Mega Cab version of the Ram Outdoorsman. And this is not all for there also exists a four-wheel drive and two-wheel drive along with a short and long wheelbase models. Also the new Outdoorsman is set to replace the TRX4 trim level in the 2011 Ram Truck lineup.
The Outdoorsman is all set to hit the market with a price tag of $28,350 which is inclusive of destination charges and are set to hit markets by the third quarter of 2010. Also some of the features that are likely to be included in the Outdoorsman include a two-tone paint job with Mineral Gray lower, steel bumpers that are scratch-resistant, door handles sporting a black color, wheel lip moldings, and standard 17-inch and “LT” tires. There also are tow hooks for retrieving disabled or immobile vehicles, clearing trails.
