About to weeks ago we showed you the first supercharged 2012 Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca built by Hennessey Performance of Houston, TX. Hennessey says that the TVS2300 supercharger increases the output of the 5.0-liter V8 to 563 rwhp and 475 rwtq using 10 psi of boost and we presented you at that time a video of the car on the dyno as proof.
However, dyno numbers are just numbers. Now it’s time to see how does the car perform in the real world and in order to see that, Hennessey has put out a video of the supercharged Boss 302 Laguna Seca doing a pass on the company’s own drag strip.
What was the outcome? Well, is was not bad at all considering the car still has its factory-stock Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires: a 0-60 time of 3.9 seconds and a quarter mile run of 11.9 seconds @ 124 mph.
For everybody who wish to pump up a little more from their 2012 Mustang Boss 302 (Laguna Seca models included), Hennessey will be offering an HPE650 upgrade as an installed kit available with a 3-year / 36,000 mile warranty. An HPE700 package could also be in the works.
The HPE650 Boss 302 upgrade package will cost $15,995. On top of the package, this price also covers professional installation, dyno tuning, serialized dash and engine plaques, and a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty.
Finally, the added options that come with the package also carry individual price tags with the carbon fiber front racing splitter priced at $2,500, the Hennessey monoblock wheels going for $5,500, and the mounting kit for non-Laguna Seca models costing $750.
Still, for more credibility, you better watch the video below. Enjoy it and feel free to share with us your opinions about this car.

Not impressed with the numbers to be honest. the car already does low 12’s stock. we are talking 15k here. that puts my car in the 60k range.
