2012 Porsche Cayenne from Mansory

by Alex Patrick

There was the tuning package for the CLR 558 GT of the Porsche Cayenne lineage by Lumma Design. There was also the tuning kit for the Cayenne, another of the Porsche models that had a tuning package by Mansory. This gives the impression that the Porsche Cayenne is one of the favoured ones amongst the tuners today. The package from Mansory has for its client ultra-light aluminum rims, and powerful engine enhancements.

For aerodynamic features the package has most of its components made up of carbon fiber. The front and rear aprons, side skirts, bonnet, and mudguards are some of the major components made up of carbon fiber. In order to provide for large amount of fresh air the air inlets have been modified with larger sized ones and the engine which is a 4.8 liter turbo unit gains from this. The engine is installed on a 10 x 22 inch mono block rims with a turbine design.

The package also has larger turbo charger system as well as sports exhaust system made up of stainless steel. The engine develops a total of 690 HP and 800 Nm at 4,800 r.p.m. Acceleration figures of the Cayenne for the 0 to 60 mph run is 4.4 seconds and a top speed is 186 mph.
