One of the brochures sent by Alfa Romeo to its dealers has been leaked on the Internet, revealing more details about the highly anticipated 4C.
The Alfa Romeo 4C was revealed in production guise at this year’s Geneva Motor Show in March, but it will be a while until the first cars will reach dealerships as the “Launch Edition” is expected to go on sale early next year in 2014. From these brochure pages we get to know that the 4C will be available with a choice of six exterior paint schemes, along with four types of alloy wheels.
The brake calipers will be available in four paint hues, while other exterior options will include black chromed exterior mirrors, boot lid spoiler, carbon fiber surrounds for the headlights and a racing-like exhaust tip.
Just to recap about the model, the 4C is comes fitted with a 1,750cc four-cylinder engine generating 240 HP (176 kW) which is sent to the rear wheels via a TCT automatic twin dry-clutch gearbox. Thanks to this hardware setup, the attractive Italian coupe could accelerate to 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in just 4.5 seconds before hitting a top speed in excess of 155 mph (250 km/h).
