First of all, we would like to apologize for the three weeks in which we didn’t post any new reviews. We’ve been having some financial problems. It’s all settled now, and we can keep providing you with the news from the car market.
Now that that’s out of the way, let’s get off with the work. This article covers the exterior design of the new 2013 Ford Taurus. For other posts regarding this car, please visit:

European vehicle manufacturers have been controlling the full-size segment of the auto industry since they first started creating them. With cars such as the Mercedes-Benz E550 4Matic, BMW 550i xDrive and Audi A6, which all provide all-wheel drive and sport-like performances, it has been hard to believe that the Americans could create something good enough to keep up with the Germans. The question is has Ford managed to do that with this new Taurus. We’ll see about that.
The exterior design of the 2013 Taurus is what you would expect from a vehicle in this class. The best word to describe it is strength. It exhales power from every pore. The fascia has been partially redesigned. The new headlights look more aggressive, and because they are placed higher, they also give the car a more sophisticated look. The grille also gets a new design, a more modern one .
The flowing lines of the Taurus give it an aerodynamic feel that goes all the way to the rear. The small spoiler looks great, and adds some sportiveness to this massive monste. There are two medium-sized exhausts placed exactly underneath the center of the rear lights.
The wheels are 20-inchers, and they couldn’t look more appropriate on a car this size.
There’s not that much to say about the exterior, because it doesn’t have anything special in it. It feels like a summary of other modern-day American cars. In other words, it looks good, but there’s nothing new about it.
