After seeing past several months lots of spy photos and leaked information about the new Hyundai Genesis Coupe , a new bait has been bitten.
The car appearently has shown it’s face again, with a complete new nose, more similar to the Hyundai Veloster , which means that all the rumours that have been going around are real.
Going on this theory, we can easily draw the conclusion that Hyundai is planning some new stylish upgrades to the very speculated 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, and not only. The car is rumoured to own the V-6, possibly the 429 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque ‘Tau’ V-8 from the Genesis 5.0 R-Spec and Equus, which means that for the first time, models like Chevrolet Camaro SS and Ford Mustang GT might have some competition. Taking into consideration the kind of engine the care is supposed to own, it is expected also the Hyundai’s in-house developed eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Hyundai Motor America CEO, John Krafcik said at a launch event for the Genesis sedan in Detroit that The new Genesis Coupe will ” will get a more dramatic change”, and that “It will get more of an exterior style change than the sedan.”
Fingers are to be crossed in the expectation of other rumours and leaks, and finally the unveiling of the car.
