As a result of its win in the Dakar rally, MINI has introduced a John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4 Dakar Winner 2013 special edition.
Although it has a very long name, the special edition has a matte black exterior with green sport stripes There’s also Dakar logos and 19-inch alloy wheels.
The style factor has been carried over to the cabin as it is fitted with green colour stitching and green embroidered headrests. The model also has an separately numbered plaque and green / black trim.
Like the ordinary model, the special edition gets its power from a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that emits 218 HP (160 kW) and 280 Nm (207 lb-ft) of torque. It is supported by an all-wheel drive system which allows the model to speed up from 0-100 km/h in 7.0 seconds.
The special edition will be available only in France and only eleven units will be produced.
