The French Company Renault have announced that the he old generation Clio will be sold alongside the fourth generation, recently launched in Europe. Clio III will continue under the title of “Collection” and will be sold in the same Renault dealers around Europe, this car adds to the list of other Renault makes such as Twingo, Modus and the New Clio.
The new Renault Clio lll will be available in both three and five door configurations, and it will be sold off under two trim levels. The first one is known as Alize, which comes with ABS with EBD electronic brake force distribution, frontal and lateral airbags, fixed front head rests, emergency brake assist, folding rear bench seat, manual climate control, ISOFIX child seat anchorage for outer rear seats, tyre inflation kit, electric front windows, trip computer, remote central locking, 40W radio-CD, with steering wheel-mounted remote control, mp3 playback and RCA jack socket and height-adjustable steering wheel. And Secondly the Business trim level which gets Carminat TomTom navigation, 80W radio-CD with steering wheel-mounted remote control, Bluetooth connectivity, USB port and jack socket, cruise control with speed limiter, fog lights, electrically-adjustable door mirrors, three rear head rests and height-adjustable driver’s seat.
Power to the vehicle comes the 1.2-liter 16-valve naturally aspirated four-banger producing 75 hp, or the 1.5-liter turbodiesel with 75 hp, And Clio Collection is manufactured at Renault’s factory in Flins, near Paris, and, until March 2013, in Valladolid, Spain.
The Prices in France will start from €9,990 for the 3-door and €10,590 for the 5-door variant.
