Brabus has recently revealed its upgrade program based on the 2014 E63 AMG Wagon and will be on display at the Essen Motor Show.
Having taken the German super wagon to a new level altogether, Brabus has increased the displacement of the V8 twin-turbo engine from 5,461cc to 5,912cc and has also installed custom turbos with bigger compressors and bespoke exhaust manifolds.
With these upgrades, the output of the engine has now increased to an impressive 850 HP (625 kW) and 1,450 Nm (1,069 lb-ft) of torque from 585 HP (430 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) in the stock S-Model. The model will be electronically-limited to 1,150 Nm (848 lb-ft) to maintain the longevity of the engine. The car is now able to reach 62 mph (100 kmph) in just 3.1 seconds and can hit a limited top speed of 186 mph (300 kmph) with regular tires. However if you opt for high-performance tires the sedan will be able to touch the speed of 217 mph (350 kmph).
Brabus has also come up with some carbon fiber body parts such as a front spoiler lip and a diffuser insert. Other features of the package include sports exhaust with quad pipes, various alloy wheels in sizes of up to 20 inches, along with several customization options for the cabin where the customer can select from different leathers, Alcantara, aluminum shift paddles and other goodies.
