Toyota has revealed the pricing information for the 2014 4Runner and it starts off from 32,820 USD excluding the 860 USD destination charges.
The base SR5 model comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, Entune infotainment system and fabric seats as standard, but for an extra 1,875 USD you can have auto-dimming mirrors, sunroof, navigation, SofTex faux leather seats and power passenger seat. Four-wheel drive is also available at an additional price of 2,920 USD.
Surprisingly, 4Runner Trail has received a 1,430 USD price cut for the 2014MY and so now it starts at 35,725 USD. It has almost the same standard goodies as the SR5 but with some additional features that include a multi-terrain response system, hill-start assist and the company’s crawl control system.
The Limited trim begins at 41,365 USD and comes with features that include four-wheel drive with a locking center differential, 15-speaker Entune Premium JBL sound system and a more refined X-REAS suspension.
Regardless of the chosen version, the models comes fitted with a V6 4.0-liter engine that generates an output of 270 hp (201 kW) and 376 Nm (278 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is further mated to a five-speed ECT-i automatic transmission and a transfer case.
