Volvo and Polestar are celebrating their Scandinavian Touring Car Championship victory in style by introducing the S60, V60 and XC60 Black R editions in Sweden.

Looking pretty sporty and elegant, the special editions come with features that include a matte black grille, a sport-tuned suspension and Ixion wheels. Inside the cabin there is leather sports seats, a premium audio system, a Sensus Connect infotainment system and alloy pedals.

The two Polestar-tuned engines are available to provide power to the models. The T6 generates an output of 329 HP (242 kW) and 480 Nm (354 lb-ft) of torque which enables the S60 to accelerate from 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in 5.7 seconds and will be able to hit a limited top speed of 250 kmph (155 mph).

The D5 diesel, on the other hand, will be able to dish out 230 HP (169 kW) and 470 Nm (346 lb-ft) of torque and this will allow the S60 to achieve the 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) sprint in 7.3 seconds and will be able to touch a top speed of up to 230 kmph (143 mph).
