3 dead after SUV crashes in Detroit suburb

An SUV struck and rolled over in suburban Detroit, resulting in the deaths of three of the five young people inside.

The crash took place around 9 p.m. Thursday in Lincoln Park.

One person was ejected from the vehicle after the SUV hit a tree, struck through a fence and landed in her yard.

An 18-year-old male, an 8-year-old girl, and a 15-year-old boy were pronounced dead.

Two teen girls were hospitalized, including one in critical condition, Krizan.

The parents of the victims were notified.
