4 dead after vehicle crash in Doddridge County, West Virginia

A car crash has killed four people in Doddridge County, West Virginia.

The crash took place at about 8:45 p.m. Friday, along Route 50, near Doe Run Road.

A 2007 Chevrolet Malibu pulled onto Route 50 and a FedEx truck that was traveling Route 50 West hit the vehicle.

The truck driver, Chevrolet driver, and two passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.

Both westbound lanes of Route 50 are closed following the crash.

The Doddridge County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash.
